Activate Rock Dollars

ROCK DOLLAR ACTIVATION PROCEDURES:

You must first pick up your new ID card.

To activate your Rock Dollar account, please call 866-977-3975 and follow the voice prompts…. Please choose your 4 digit PIN number and 6 digit PASSWORD before calling to activate your card.

1.Listen to the greeting and when prompted to log in press 1….

2.When prompted for your card number please enter the bold card number printed on the front of your card followed by the pound (#) key.

3.Enter your 6 digit Temporary Password (found on your green sheet) followed by the pound (#) key.

4.When you hear “Your card is currently not active” press 1 to activate your card...

5.When prompted to change your Rock Dollar PIN enter the 4 digit pin number that you chose followed by the pound (#) key.

6.You will be prompted “For verification purposes, please re-enter your new PIN followed by the pound (#) key.”

7.Your PIN has now been changed.

8.Next you will be prompted to change your 6 digit 'Rock Dollar' Password which you will use to sign onto the web site or access your account via phone. Please enter your new 6 digit 'Rock Dollar' Password followed by the pound (#) key.

9.You will be prompted “For verification please input your 'Rock Dollars' Password again.”

10.Your card is now active!

IVR Menu (once your card is activated and the cardholder is logged into the system)

1.For balance inquiry or to review your account transaction history, press 1
2.To transfer money from your card or to load money to your card, press 2
3.To change your Rock Dollar Password or PIN , press 4
4.To report a lost or stolen card, press 5
5.For information and fees regarding your card, press 6
6.To go to the main menu, press 7
7.To repeat these options, press 8
8.To end your call, press 9 or hang up
9.To speak to a Rock Dollars representative, press 0
