Standard License Application
(Process time: 20-35 business days)

• This application should be used by companies, Slippery Rock University departments, organizations or individuals that desire to produce licensed products for resale to the general public. We encourage you to complete all the requested information to the best of your ability and please feel free to contact our office with any questions you might have. Restricted License Application
(Process time: 10-15 business days)

• This application should be used by companies, Slippery Rock University departments, organizations or individuals that desire to only produce licensed products for internal use at the selected institution. No products produced under this license agreement may be sold to the general public. We encourage you to complete all of the requested information to the best of your ability and please feel free to contact our office with any questions you might have.
