The following is a list of conduct considered unbecoming of ARC employees:
• Absent from work without approval.
• Repeated absences from meetings and training sessions.
• Repeated last minute sub requests.
• Failure to implement current policies and safety procedures as discussed in training sessions and outlined in the handbook.
• Repeated tardiness.
• Dressed inappropriately for employment.
• Dishonesty/unethical behavior.
• Theft of services (including E-Time, misuse of ID, parking decal, etc)
• Theft or misappropriation of Slippery Rock University property.
• Fighting.
• Insubordination.
• Failure to maintain a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
• Tobacco usage of any kind while on duty
• SRU Code of conduct violations (i.e. DUI, underage drinking, etc.).
