Twenty one years as the Coordinator of SRU Outdoor Adventures. ACA white water kayak and swift water rescue instructor. WEA Outdoor Leadership Certification Instructor. Faculty Fellow for the outdoor Adventure Residential common interest floor. Coordinator of SRU’s Freshman Outdoor Adventure Experience. Advisor of the SRU outing and cycling clubs. Responsibilities
Coordinates the Outdoor Adventures, and Sport Cub programs, as well as the ARC Climbing Wall operation, Cycle Aerobics, SRU Ski Lodge equipment renal, Kayak Roll Clinic series, University Bouldering Bash Series, Freshmen Outdoor Adventure Experience, and many summer camps for kids, youth and adults. Have a staff of one Graduate Assistants and 38 student staff.

Mountain biking, road biking, sea and white water kayaking, rock climbing, mountaineering, caving, canoeing, backpacking, wood working, gardening, and enjoys teaching people to enjoy outdoor sports safely.

Personal Goal
I want to ride coast to coast on my road bike, climb a 20,000 ft peak, rock climb the Diamond, Climb all 53 14,00 ft. peaks, kayak the Grand Canyon again, kayak Snake River, take a one month sea kayaking trip in Baja, Mexico, and Scuba dive the Great Barrier Reef of the Caribbean.

Enhance the Outdoors Adventure and Club Sports programs.
Favorites
Spending time with my daughter Jody, listening to music, racing mountain and road bicycles, kayaking, pecan pie, pizza, chocolate chip cookies, mentoring my students, and Kamikazes.
