Fall Semester 2009 and Spring Semester 2010
PAYMENT REQUIRED AT TIME OF REGISTRATION

Campus Recreation provides the opportunity for cycling enthusiasts to pursue their interest during the winter months with Cycle Aerobics, Indoor Bike Race Series and Indoor Bike Ride Series. Participants bring their own bikes to the recreation center and attach them to a Cat Eye CS-1000 and begin pedaling. Limited number of Cat Eye CS-1000 and loaner bikes available.

Cycle Aerobics - An enjoyable cycling fitness program for all levels.
Dates:  Monday, October 26 to Wednesday, March 5
Days:   Monday-Friday

Fee:     ARC Member-Free                   
Non-ARC Member:  $5 Day pass per event
Minimum registration: 3                    
 Maximum registration:  15

INDOOR BIKE RACE SERIES

Indoor Bike Ride Series – Cycling videos are projected on the wall with surround music playing and each participant rides the distance they choose.  Each event ends with a potluck dinner.
