The majority of Group Exercise Classes are a Perk Program.  Participants are not required to register or are assessed a fee.  They simply attend at their convenience.  The few classes that are "Pay to Play" require advanced registration in the Office of Campus recreation, ARC 117.  Classes are not conducted during the Fall, Thanksgiving, Spring & Easter Breaks.  For a complete schedule of Campus Recreation hours in the ARC visit the operational hours page. Group Exercise classes conducted on land are scheduled for Gym B and the italicized
classes are in the RPM Room adjacent to the track.  Aqua classes will be conducted in the pool.


Land Group Exercise class questions should be referred to Brian Mortimer at 724.738.4413 and aqua fitness classes to Jim Yeamans at 724.738.4516
