club strives to create a network of people and funds to
allow anyone who wishes to ride bicycles in a group
atmosphere, to do so.
Down Hill Ski Club --- Dr. Ben Shaevitz x2519
To Provide affordable opportunities to ski and snowboard while attending SRU. The club hosts overnight trips, day trips, sledding nights and other ski and snowboard related activities. Open to all students faculty and staff.
Equestrian Team --- Ms. Courtney Gramlick x4015
The Equestrian Team is a co-ed group associated with a national equestrian organization known as the IHSA. No experience is necessary to join and is open to any student currently enrolled at SRU with an interest in horses. Membership fees are $15 per semester, which is a separate expense from riding lessons and equipment. The purpose of the team is to promote hunt seat riding skills through english riding lessons and also to foster the growth of everyone as both an individual rider and as part of the team. The team feels that emphasis on communication between horse and rider is key to a successful experience. Outside of riding, the team also enjoys celebrating the friendship brought upon by their common interest, by taking special trips and enjoying each others company.

SRU women's
ice hockey is a club team with girls ranging in all skill
levels. We are a part of ACHA women's division II and
will compete on a national level in the near future.
In-Line Hockey Club -- Mrs. Danette Dimarco x2364
The organization provides students the opportunity to play roller hockey. There are weekly opportunities for student members to play at the ARC, and they also participate in an intercollegiate leaque hosted by Robert Morris University. The cost may vary from 200-300 per season to cover league fees. The organization competes against schools like Duquesne, Pitt, RMU, Carnegie Mellon etc.

for students to play lacrosse in an organized setting,

The group enjoys outdoor recreation and promotes outdoor activities to Slippery Rock Students. Activities include but are not limited to Rock Climbing, Hiking, white water rafting etc.

The purpose of this club is to promote the sport of racquetball, to enhance player's skills, to share knowledge of game skills, rules and strategies, to offer playing opportunities and to promote comaraderie throught the activity.

and to encourage the formal play, utlizing UPA rules of
