Receive your room key, meal ticket, and Orientation agenda. After unloading, please park
in any residential parking spot or lot in the Residential Suite
area.
6:00 -
8:00 p.m. Cook-Out at the Recreation Center (ARC)
'Round up some grub! Come enjoy a smokin' spread of delicious foods
with fun on the side at the ARC. Don't forget to take the meal
ticket that you received at check-in.
6:00 - 7:30 p.m. Van Tours of Campus and Town
O-Ambassadors will be available to show you around your new
home. The tours will leave from the lobby of Residential
Suites, Watson Hall approximately every 30 minutes starting at 6:00 pm.
8 - 9 p.m. Straight from the Horse's Mouth, Watson Hall, "The Great
Room"
Lasso up the scoop on student life at
The Rock during this informal session hosted by some local folk, our
Orientation Ambassadors, who certainly know their way around the
prairie!
9:00 - 10:30 p.m. Rock the ARC!
This is a fun experience at the Aebersold Student Recreation
Center. You can climb the wall, play basketball, volleyball, swim, or
relax in the spacious lounge. Make sure you bring your athletic
attire!

- 10:45 p.m. Movie in Residential Suites,
Watson Hall,
The Great Room.
If you'd like a more relaxing evening, please join us for a
movie and refreshments in Watson Hall, The Great Room.
11:00 p.m. Evening Wrap-up for Students
This is a mandatory meeting in which students will be able to get to
know each other better and also learn more about the following day's
Orientation program.
Even if the student
is not staying in Watson Hall for the evening, they must attend this meeting.
Morning of Orientation
7:00 - 8:00 a.m.
Check-Out, Residential Suites, Watson Hall
Be sure not to miss the Information Table session from 8 a.m. -
9 a.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room of the University Union. Students
and family members can visit representatives from major offices,
student clubs and organizations, churches, and banks. Students can
also pick up their room assignments at the Residence Life Table.
8:00 - 9:00 a.m. Breakfast, ID Photos, Information Tables,
Multi-Purpose Room, University Union
Enjoy a light breakfast including bagels, pastries, fruits, and
beverages while you are exploring the various Information Tables.
Please be sure to bring
the materials (nametag, agenda, meal tickets) that you received at
check-in the previous evening.
