Freshmen Fitness Incentive Training (FFIT): Program will assist freshmen
to set and achieve their fi tness goals, improve fi tness level, teach
exercise techniques and motivate participants through consistent, progressive
and fun exercise.

Days & Dates: Monday, September 29 to Tuesday, November 25
Registration: Sign-up at the ARC, Campus Recreation Offi ce, Room 117
• Limited registration - 50 Freshmen
• FREE - First come, fi rst serve basis!
• Awards based on completion of program!
Orientation and Assessment Dates:
Tuesday September 23 1:00 p.m.
Thursday September 25 1:00 p.m.
Thursday September 25 6 p.m.

Days & Dates:  Monday, September 24 to Friday, November 16
