The indoor track is for runners, joggers and walkers only.
- Faster runners need to use the inside lane (closest to the railing) while joggers and walkers must use the outside lane.
- To improve safety, spectating from the track is prohibited.
- Children under 10 years of age are not permitted on the track.
- Appropriate sports shoes must be worn.
- Spikes, turf shoes and cleats are prohibited.
- A Directional sign specifies daily clockwise or counter-clockwise pattern.
- Stretching area is located at the EAST end of the track. Please do not stretch in other track areas or use track walls or railings as stretching aids.
- Distance: 9 laps around the track equal 1 mile.
