Track

 
Please Notice!
  1. trackThe indoor track is for runners, joggers and walkers only.
  2. Faster runners need to use the inside lane (closest to the railing) while joggers and walkers must use the outside lane.
  3. To improve safety, spectating from the track is prohibited.
  4. Children under 10 years of age are not permitted on the track.
  5. Appropriate sports shoes must be worn.
  6. Spikes, turf shoes and cleats are prohibited.
  7. A Directional sign specifies daily clockwise or counter-clockwise pattern.
  8. Stretching area is located at the EAST end of the track. Please do not stretch in other track areas or use track walls or railings as stretching aids.
  9. Distance: 9 laps around the track equal 1 mile.
