Section 5: REGISTRATION
Teams and individuals can pick-up entry rosters at the Intramural Office, 118 Aebersold Recreation Center. Rosters can also be downloaded from the intramural sports website
(www.sru.edu/arc).
Rosters must be turned in during the open registration periods for each sport. Registration will close at 7:00 P.M. the last day of the registration period. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. Payment must be by check or cash. No credit cards will be accepted for team entry payment. Final rosters must be completed by the second Friday after league play commences. When registering, the team roster must have the minimum number of players needed to start a game. Rosters for each sport have the specific minimum number listed on the roster sheet.
The team captain or his or her designee must attend the captains’ meeting for each sport. Failure to attend the meeting could result in forfeiting of games and/or ineligibility for playoffs.

SCHEDULES: League and tournament schedules will generally be posted on the Intramural Sports bulletin board or on the Intramural Sports website within two days after the captains’ meeting.

FREE AGENTS: Any eligible student, who does not have a team to play with, may sign-up
in the Intramural Office as a free agent. The Intramural Office will make every effort to place
them on a team.
