Awarded annually to the outstanding Campus Recreation Student Employee.

1. Current Campus Recreation student employee who has been employed for a minimum of two semesters.
2. Current or previous Campus Recreation All Star.
3. Participation in Campus Recreation activities.
4. Minimum GPA of 2.8.
5. Best exhibits the characteristics of leadership, participation, enthusiasm and teamwork reflective of Dr. McFarland

Each spring semester a $400.00 award will be awarded to a Campus Recreation Student Employee.

1. Student will submit letter of application to Campus Recreation Team
2. Team will review each candidate
3. Team will award to the student who meets the above qualifications and best exhibits the characteristics of leadership, participation and enthusiasm and teamwork reflective of Dr. McFarland
